The Royal Oak Hockey Association is the oldest and largest self-contained recreational youth ice hockey association in Michigan. ROHA started in 1956 with four teams, two sets of jerseys, and very unpredictable natural outdoor ice.
It is now home to 28 house teams in six divisions, four travel teams and two high school JV prep teams. ROHA is committed to providing a safe, competitive, learning atmosphere for youth hockey. Many volunteers commit their time to make this happen, including team managers, coaches, and board members.
ROHA has a strong relationship with the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA). It also has an ongoing relationship with WROK, and more than 30 games will be broadcast this season.
